We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to assist the Finance Department with daily administrative and financial operations. The role involves supporting bank correspondence, document handling, and acting as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors. Ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of finance, this position is crucial in ensuring smooth financial coordination in a fast-paced construction environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Bank and Financial Correspondence:

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on bank letters, remittance advices, and financial documents.

• Coordinate with banks for statements, deposit confirmations, and transaction queries.

• Assist with preparation of payment instructions and banking forms.

• Handle cash and cheque deliveries or deposits at the bank (as required).

Vendor and Internal Liaison:

• Act as a communication bridge between the finance department and vendors regarding invoice submission, payment status, and documentation.

• Coordinate internally between procurement, project, and finance teams to ensure timely information flow.

• Follow up on pending approvals, signatures, and documentation with concerned departments.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and financial correspondence.

• Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and delivery of important finance-related documents.

• Schedule meetings, take notes, and support the finance team with document preparation.

• Assist in reconciliation support by collecting data and documentation from various departments.

Messenger Duties:

• Deliver and collect documents between offices, vendors, banks, and other external parties.

• Ensure timely and secure handling of confidential financial documents.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience

• Experience: 3 years
