Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO or Company Manager of a construction-focused organization. The ideal candidate will possess a PhD or Doctorate in Project Management and bring a strong background in construction, infrastructure, and high-level organizational leadership. This role requires strategic thinking, operational insight, and hands-on management to support the executive office in achieving business goals.

Assist in developing, implementing, and tracking the execution of the company’s strategic goals and project portfolios.
Participate in executive decision-making and provide analytical input on complex project and business issues.
Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and briefings for board meetings, client proposals, or investor communications.
Monitor industry trends and offer actionable recommendations to inform company strategy.
Oversee high-priority construction and infrastructure projects on behalf of the CEO, ensuring they align with scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project cohesion and progress.
Implement and refine project management frameworks and tools that align with PMI/Agile/Lean Construction principles.
Resolve high-level project disputes, delays, and risks through data-driven approaches.
Lead or support the implementation of process improvements across departments to boost efficiency and performance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and facilitate communication between executive leadership and operational staff.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for performance monitoring and executive reporting.
Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings as needed, including with clients, regulators, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
Draft and review internal memos, speeches, reports, and communication from the CEO’s office.
Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information related to corporate strategy, human resources, and legal matters.
Conduct advanced research and analysis in construction project management methodologies, sustainability, risk management, and new technologies.
Ensure the company complies with construction regulations, health and safety laws, and contractual obligations.
Draft or review policies and procedures from a governance and compliance standpoint.
Education: Doctorate (PhD) in Project Management or a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a project leadership or executive support role.
Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, LEED AP, or equivalent construction/project management credentials.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, BIM, ERP systems, and project dashboard tools.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, discretion, analytical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
