Job Description

The accountant will be responsible for the preparation of Financial Report, Performing account reconciliation, maintaining general ledger, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other duties when assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform asset transactions such as additions, adjustments, transfers, and retirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of asset records in the accounting system

  • Record fixed asset purchases, depreciation, and dispositions; track existing fixed assets; reconcile fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the general ledger; and prepare audit schedules and reports related to fixed assets

  • Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets, conduct impairment reviews for intangible assets, and assess asset retirement obligations where applicable

  • Create and monitor controls, procedures, and policies for fixed asset recordation; ensure compliance with accounting standards such as FRS 102, GAAP, or IFRS; and support internal and external audits related to fixed assets

Job Requirement:

  • Education: Education Background in a related field of study

  • Experience: 3-4 years
