Hill Bottom Recreation Center offers a wide range of high-quality services and facilities, which include a state-of-the art fitness center, a hydrotherapy saloon (steam, sauna, Moroccan bath, and massage), a real state restaurant with a pizzeria, bakery, fast food, a coffee house and bar, a children's play lot, a game house for children, an outdoor kitchen and barbeque, open ground for different social functions, and a multipurpose hall with ample parking space

About the role

The HR and Administration Officer is a crucial role within an organization, responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources and administrative functions. They play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the company by managing personnel, policies, and procedures.

The HR and Administration Officer maintains confidentiality, professionalism, and a high level of integrity in handling employee information and sensitive organization-related matters. They possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization. Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask are essential in this role.

Overall, the HR and Administration Officer is an integral part of the organization, managing both human resources functions and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • handles the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hire

  • They also manage employee documentation, including contracts, benefits enrollment, and personnel files. Moreover

  • They assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.

  • Handles various administrative tasks to support the organization

  • They manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate facilities and maintenance services, and maintain a productive and safe working environment

  • They may also handle travel arrangements, expense claims, and scheduling of meetings.

  • They support employee performance management processes, including maintaining employee records, conducting appraisals, and implementing training and development programs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management or in a related field of study

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of working experience
