The HR and Administration Officer is a crucial role within an organization, responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources and administrative functions. They play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the company by managing personnel, policies, and procedures.
The HR and Administration Officer maintains confidentiality, professionalism, and a high level of integrity in handling employee information and sensitive organization-related matters. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management or in a related field of study
