Job Description
Human resources managers plan, design and implement processes related to the human capital of companies. They develop programs for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting employees based on a previous assessment of the profile and skills required in the company.
Draft and update HR policies and procedures specific to the construction industry and aligned to the company's goals.
Keeping accurate records of all employees, their contracts, performance reviews and any other relevant documentation.
Be responsible for negotiating labor contracts and ensuring adherence to the agreed terms.
Handle staff issues, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
Forecasting workforce needs and structuring the team appropriately.
Responsible for putting performance evaluation systems in place, providing feedback, and guiding employees' career paths.
Deal with ending the employment of certain workers. This includes conducting exit interviews, managing severance pay, and ensuring the termination process complies with employment laws.
Regularly updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions within the company.
Bachelor's Degree from in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource, or a related field
3-5 years of work experience, at least two years in construction company.
Proven experience in human resource management and recruitment strategies
In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
Familiarity with various human resource functions
