We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Digital Marketing Lecturer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing and a strong ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. This role involves delivering high-quality lectures, developing course materials, and guiding students to understand and apply digital marketing strategies in real-world scenarios.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lectures, workshops, and seminars on various digital marketing topics such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and digital advertising.

• Design and update curriculum to reflect the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

• Mentor and support students in their projects, assignments, and research related to digital marketing.

• Collaborate with academic and industry professionals to create practical learning experiences.

• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Participate in academic meetings, contribute to departmental goals, and engage in continuous professional development.

• Conduct research in digital marketing and publish findings in relevant academic or industry journals (if applicable).

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.

• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles

• Proven track record of managing campaign management, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and analytics.

• Proven track record of managing digital marketing projects or campaigns that demonstrate measurable success.

• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and CMS systems.

• Previous teaching, lecturing, or training experience in higher education or corporate settings is highly advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to integrate real-world case studies and industry insights into teaching.

• Experience with e-learning platforms and digital content creation.

• Research and publication experience in digital marketing or related fields.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
