Job Description
A Project Admin & Finance Officer (Site Level) typically includes responsibilities for providing administrative, financial, and logistical support specific to projects at the site level.
Quantity Required: 1
Oversee site-level administration, payment processing, and financial record-keeping.
Providing general financial and administrative support to the project, including budget planning, preparation, monitoring, and execution.
Maintaining project and donor documentation, including contracts, financial transfers, and financial reporting deadlines.
Monitoring project expenditures to ensure they align with approved budgets and are properly authorized.
Preparing financial reports for donors and internal monitoring, and assisting with audits and evaluations.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in construction project administration
Ability to prepare progress reports, invoices, and maintain proper documentation
