Job Description
A Machinery & Equipment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and maintaining all machinery and equipment used by an organization or project. Key duties include managing equipment inventory, scheduling and overseeing maintenance and repairs, ensuring equipment complies with safety standards, coordinating with operators and subcontractors, and supporting procurement of new equipment as needed. They may also track equipment usage and expenditures, supervise staff, and maintain records of repairs and servicing. This role ensures machinery and equipment are ready for safe and efficient use to support operational goals.
Quantity Required: 1
Manage mobilization, operation, scheduling, and maintenance of construction machinery and equipment.
Manage all machinery and equipment inventory and maintenance schedules.
Schedule, coordinate, and oversee routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Coordinate equipment deployment and usage with operators, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of equipment status, maintenance, and repair costs.
Education: Diploma/Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering/Technical training.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
Knowledge of maintenance planning and equipment logistics
