Job Description
The Architect/Drafter is responsible for preparing architectural drawings, plans, and technical details based on design concepts and specifications. This role supports architects and engineers in developing construction documents and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.
Required Number: 3
Preparing the design for finishing buildings.
Preparing a material list for work orders.
Supervising site work
Prepare 2D and 3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
Convert conceptual sketches into detailed construction documents.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings in line with design specifications and building codes.
Conduct site visits and measurements to assist with design accuracy.
Maintain organized digital and physical drawing archives.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or in a related field of study
Experience: 2 - 3 years of working experience
