An Electrician Foreman is a skilled tradesperson responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of electricians on a construction site, maintenance job, or industrial project. They ensure electrical installations and maintenance are completed safely, efficiently, and according to applicable codes and standards. The foreman acts as a bridge between field electricians and project management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning and supervising of site operations related to electrical works.

• Team management, coordination and experience on installation of electrical work relating to building construction, Communication Skills & safety skill.

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians and apprentices.

• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project completion.

• Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.

• Perform regular inspections to ensure work quality and safety.

• Submit progress reports to supervisors or project managers

Job Requirement:

Education: Diploma or Relevant Technical Training in Audio-Visual Technologies, Electronics or in a related field of study

Experience: 8 years
