Job Description

Minaye PLC is seeking a young, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Liaison Officer. This role is ideal for a recent graduate in Business Administration or a related field who is adaptable, accountable, and ready to take on field-based responsibilities.

As a Liaison Officer, you will act as the primary point of contact between our organization and external stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and partners. Your role will involve both office and field work, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders.

  • Representing the organization in meetings, conferences, and field visits.

  • Coordinating and facilitating communication between the organization and external parties.

  • Conducting field visits to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with agreements.

  • Preparing and submitting reports on field activities and stakeholder interactions.

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives.

  • Ensuring timely follow-up on action items and commitments made during meetings.

  • Handling administrative tasks related to liaison activities, such as documentation and record keeping.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage field-based tasks effectively.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

  • Willingness to travel and work outside the office as required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
