Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and highly experienced Human Capital and Administration Section Head to lead our department with strategic insight, technical acumen, and people-centered leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR and administrative operations, driving organizational performance through effective talent management, and ensuring operational excellence by maintaining constant alignment with the senior management team.
Provide visionary leadership to the Human Capital and Admin team by setting clear goals, managing performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Drive the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of human capital and administration strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead departmental planning and budgeting, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Act as the primary liaison between the Human Capital and Admin department and the executive management team.
Regularly engage with senior management to understand company priorities, receive directives, and effectively translate them into actionable plans.
Ensure the timely execution of strategic and operational directives received from the top management.
Oversee end-to-end talent management processes including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and succession planning.
Champion organizational development initiatives that foster employee engagement, capacity building, and career growth.
Supervise general administrative operations including facilities, logistics, and office services to ensure a smooth working environment.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and internal policies across all HR and admin functions.
Ensure departmental compliance with internal controls, company policies, and legal and regulatory frameworks.
Generate accurate, timely HR and admin reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies as required.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
Expereince: Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR and administrative experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership capability with a proven record of leading teams toward excellence.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adept at interacting with senior leaders and executing instructions with precision.
Sound knowledge of HR systems, labor law, and organizational development.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
