Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS), Medical Technology (MT), Clinical Laboratory Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Performs a broad range of laboratory tests and procedures across various core laboratory disciplines, which may include:  - Clinical Chemistry: Analyzing blood and other body fluids for chemical components (e.g., glucose, electrolytes, enzymes, lipids). - Hematology: Analyzing blood samples for cell counts, morphology, and coagulation factors.

MSc Degree in Medical Laboratory Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare and implement schedules for laboratory cleaning, logistics, gown laundry, and Saturday shifts for recording refrigerator and freezer temperatures. Ensure adherence to the schedule and display it clearly on the laboratory notice board. - Collaborate with core laboratory managers and other laboratory coordinators to complete assigned tasks promptly and efficiently. - Ensure all laboratory instruments and equipment are regularly calibrated, serviced, and maintained in compliance with manufacturer and AHRI standards.
