Pave Logistics is a leading freight forwarding and supply chain management company dedicated to providing top-tier logistics solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Asset Admin Officer to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee company assets and ensure proper tracking and management.

  • Maintain accurate asset records, including acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.

  • Conduct periodic asset audits and generate reports.

  • Ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments for asset allocation and maintenance.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Expereince: Minimum 2 years of experience in asset management or administration.

  • Proficiency in asset tracking systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
