Call Center Representative - Work From Home, Full-Time Only
Required Number: 5
Process inbound and outbound call traffic to qualify leads and make live transfers
Qualify prospects
Resolve client queries
Prepare customer spreadsheets and maintain online records
Education: Educational Background in a related field of study
Experience: 0-2 years
Requirements:
Laptop/Desktop with a minimum CPU score of 4000 (AMD/i5 8th generation or higher) and at least 8 GB RAM. Must run Windows 11 24H2 + or MAC OS.
Fiber optic internet connection
Ability to work 8/9-hour shifts, 5 days a week in EST, with shifts between 9 AM - 9 PM EST
Excellent command of the English language
Ability to handle objections and utilize persuasive skills; comfortable with small talk
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment
Strong work ethics
Willingness to learn and grow
Compensation and Benefits:
USD $500 basic monthly salary, with the potential to earn up to USD $500 in bonuses per month
