Job Description

Oversees the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to manage project finances from start to finish, ensuring projects stay on budget and meet financial goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating, managing, and monitoring project budgets, ensuring costs stay within approved limits. 

  • Accurately tracking all project expenses, including materials, labor, and subcontractors. 

  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Reviewing and processing subcontractor invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments. 

  • Reviewing, coding, and processing invoices from vendors and suppliers. 

  • Managing the collection of payments from clients. 

  • Working closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth financial operations. 

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Education background in a related field of study with relevant work experience

  • Experience: 5 years
