Job Description
The Senior Personnel Officer provides advice and assistance to supervisors and different-level Personnel Officers. This may include preparing different manuals, policies & procedures, job descriptions, performance reviews and any HRM activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
Monitoring employee performance.
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
Job Requirements
At Least First Degree in Human Resource Management or Public Administration.
Experience
A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry
Required Skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its application
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented
Works well with a team
