We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Junior Auto Mechanic Trainee to join our dedicated team. This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing our construction machinery maintenance systems, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our customers. Duties and Responsibilties:

• Work in different departments to gain perspective, including Construction Machinery Maintenance, safety and maintenance and parts sales departments.

• Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.

• Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management and determined upon accepting the position

• Report on the progress of goals and objectives

• Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties

• Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, customer service as needed

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Autmotive Engineering, General Mechanic/Industrial Technology, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Automechanic or in a related field of study

• Expereince: 1 year of working expereince
