Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems (PCs, servers, network devices). - Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet systems. - Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, or in person. - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. - Maintain security and privacy of information systems, communication lines, and equipment. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. - Perform system backups and data recovery procedures.

BSc Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Have a customer service and technical support to end-users for hardware and software. - Diagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user issues in a timely manner through established protocol and troubleshooting; escalate as necessary based SLA. - Daily health check of network, meeting devices, printers and other office machines.

BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Manages correct implementation of ERP system. - Ensure continued good use of ERP system - General fixing of printers etc. in office. - Implementing IT security measures.

BSc Degree in Information Technology ,Computer Science, Information System or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Administering in-house and commercial IS platforms deployed to support program activities. - Synchronizing mobile data to permanent data repositories and cloud servers. - Managing Attendance management system applications and hardware.

MSc or BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
