Job Description

Roha Medical Campus (RMC) is a state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, dedicated to delivering world-class, affordable medical services to Ethiopians and patients across Africa. RMC is looking for a motivated HR Intern with an IT background to join our internship program. This internship offers a unique opportunity to blend your technical skills with HR practices while helping us automate and streamline our processes using Microsoft Power Automate. About the Candidate

As the ideal candidate, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to bring structure to complex problems. You are adaptable, detail-oriented, and curious to learn in a dynamic environment. You demonstrate initiative and a strong work ethic, effectively managing multiple tasks and contributing to complex projects. Additionally, you need excellent communication skills to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences: 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the automation of HR forms and processes using Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for process improvement and automation.

  • Develop and maintain automated workflows to enhance HR efficiency.

  • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated processes.

  • Document and train HR staff on new automated workflows.

  • Coordinate recruitment processes.

  • Screen resumes and job application forms.

  • Schedule interviews with potential shortlisted candidates.

  • Assist in posting jobs on different platforms.

  • Assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and recruitment events.

  • Assist the HR staff in gathering relevant information.

  • Participate in meetings and trainings and contribute to team discussions.

  • Provide regular report as required. 

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Final-year student or recent graduate (graduated in 2023 or later) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Automate and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and procedures is a plus.
