Job Description

The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring the efficient and effective handling of logistics activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the branch's operational activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.

  • Analyse the sales forecast and achieve the target.

  • Visit potential customers and follow up till the business closed.

  • Identify the customers demand and propose an idea on how our service be a solution to them.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and provide excellent customer service.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and report on sales activities.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, market conditions, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends and competition.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

  • Coordinate with other branches and departments to optimize logistics processes and meet customer requirements.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

  • Communicate with customers to address any issues or concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement branch-specific goals and objectives.

  • Maintain the wellbeing ness of the branch.

  • Manage and process the steps of financial activities like petty cash, sales deposit and daily sales reports.

  • Check all outgoing and incoming shipment from the branch.

  • Facilitate any task comes from direct leader.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or in a related field of study

  • Experience: For branch coordinator min 1 yr experience in supervisory role is needed
