We are looking for a Finance Manager that will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial resources. Including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, investment oversight, cash flow and risk management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires strategic financial planning and close collaboration with internal departments to support the company's financial health and business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing budgets, forecasting future cash flows, and monitoring actual performance against budget. 

• Preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses to provide insights into the company's financial health (monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement).

• Researching and recommending investment opportunities, managing investments, and overseeing portfolio performance

• Monitoring and managing cash inflows and outflows, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.

• Identifying and mitigating financial risks, including those related to currency fluctuations, credit risk, and market conditions. 

• Ensuring adherence to relevant financial regulations and standards. 

• Developing and implementing long-term financial strategies, including capital budgeting, financing decisions, and asset management.

• Working with other departments and stakeholders to ensure financial goals are aligned with business objectives.

• Analyzing market and economic trends, creating reports on financial performance, and providing recommendations to improve profitability 

Job Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance related Field

• Expereince: At least 3 years in a Finance Manager or senior financial leadership role.

• Strong background in import and export operations, preferably in the medical equipment or biomedical engineering sector.

• Deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting. Experience in Using Peachtree accounting and IFRS is required

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make sound financial judgments.

• Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to lead and manage a team of finance professionals. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Accuracy and meticulousness in financial reporting and calculations.
