The Technical Expert is responsible for providing advanced technical knowledge, guidance, and support in their specialized field. This role involves overseeing complex projects, troubleshooting critical issues, ensuring system integrity, and mentoring team members. The Technical Expert acts as a subject matter expert (SME) and plays a key role in driving innovation, quality, and efficiency within the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit project documents

• Serve as the go-to expert for complex technical challenges and system design decisions.

• Provide strategic input and technical direction for new projects, tools, and infrastructure.

• Lead technical problem-solving efforts, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system performance and capability.

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, policies, and best practices.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.

• Conduct technical training and mentor junior engineers or technicians.

• Support product testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.

• Participate in audits, risk assessments, and performance reviews of systems and processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field of study from a Public University

• Experience: New Graduate Only

• Proven expertise in the field or a related field
