Job Description
HR Manager oversees the Human Resources department, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and strategies to support organizational goals. They are responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including hiring, onboarding, and retention.
Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and promoting a positive work environment.
Lead performance management processes and support staff development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.
Provide guidance and support to department heads and employees on HR-related matters.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for decision-making.
Plan and execute employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Edcuation: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or in a related field of study
Experience: 5 years and above in Human Resource Management
