Job Description
WAJi Healthcare is an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certified Healthcare Provider. Currently, we are providing healthcare services at Saglan Wajee General Hospital in Holeta and soon opening its 2nd Branch of WAJi Medical Plaza at Anfo, Sheger City.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the organization’s financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes,
Provide expert advice on financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability,
Analyze financial data, performance, and market trends to guide strategic decisions,
Prepare accurate financial reports, models, and feasibility studies for management and stakeholders,
Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards,
Advise on investment opportunities, capital structure, and cost optimization,
Support leadership in resource allocation, project financing, and long-term planning,
Train and guide internal teams on financial literacy and planning tools,
Collaborate with auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as required.

Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics or in a related field of study
Minimum Years Of Experience: #2-3 years Direct work Experience
GPA= >3:00
Language: Afaan Oromoo and Amharic is mandatory.
