Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail oriented HR Assistant

Required Number: 2

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks and operations.

  • Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates for updates, and communicating with candidates for interview.

  • Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation.

  • Prepare HR related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.

  • Draft, prepare, and issue HR related documents such as contracts, offer letters, confirmation letters, and notices.

  • Help track employee attendance and other HR metrics.

  • Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee information.

  • Collaborate with other departments to support HR initiatives and projects.

  • Assist in monitoring probation periods, contract renewals, and other HR timelines.

  • Help with performance appraisal processes by collecting forms, tracking deadlines, and preparing summaries.

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation.

Job Requirement:

  • Education: Educational Background in a related field

  • Experience: 0- 1 years
