Job Description
የሰው ኃይል ምልመላ እና ስልጠና ክፍል ኃላፊ የአንድ ድርጅት የሰው ኃይል ልማት ስትራቴጂካዊ ምሰሶ ነው። ይህ ሚና ለድርጅቱ ስኬት ቁልፍ የሆኑ ብቁ፣ ተሰጥኦ ያላቸው እና በደንብ የሰለጠኑ ሰራተኞችን በመሳብ፣ በመምረጥ እና በማቆየት ረገድ ከፍተኛ ኃላፊነት አለበት። ኃላፊው የሰው ኃይል ምልመላ ሂደቶችን ከማስተዳደር በተጨማሪ የሰራተኞችን ክህሎት እና አቅም የሚያሳድጉ ስልጠናዎችን በመንደፍ፣ በማስተባበር እና በመተግበር ላይ ያተኩራል

የስልጠና ፕሮግራሞችን የማዘጋጀትና የመምራት ችሎታ ያለው
ስልጠና የመስጠት ችሎታ ያለው፣የስልጠና መርጃ መሳሪያዎችን ለምሳሌ ኮምፒውተር ኦቨር ሄድ ፕሮጀክተር ወዘተ መጠቀም የሚችል ሆኖ ከትምህርትና ስልጠና ጋር የተገናኙ የተለያዩ ስልጠናዎችን የወሰደና በማስተማር ወይም በማሰልጠን
የድርጅቱን እና የሰራተኞችን ፍላጎት መሰረት ያደረጉ የስልጠና እና የልማት ፕሮግራሞችን መንደፍ፣ ማቀድ እና ማስተባበር።
አዲስ ለተቀጠሩ ሰራተኞች ኦረንቴሽን እና ኦንቦርዲንግ ፕሮግራሞችን ማዘጋጀትና መምራት።
የሰራተኞችን የአፈፃፀም ክፍተቶች በመለየት ለክፍተቶቹ መፍትሄ የሚሆኑ ስልጠናዎችን መስጠት።
የስልጠና ፕሮግራሞችን ውጤታማነት መለካት እና ሪፖርት ማድረግ።
የትምህርት ደረጃ፡ ዲፕሎማ ከዚያ በላይ በሰው ኃይል አስተዳደር ወይም በተመሳሳይ የትምህርት ዘርፍ
የስራ ልምድ፡ 2 አመት በመስኩ የስራ ልምድ
በማሰልጠን ስራ ልምድ ያለው ከላይ ያሉትን መመዘኛዎች አሟልቶ በፖሊስ ወይም በመከለያ ሠራዊት የስልጠና ተቋማት ውስጥ የሰራ ቢሆን ይመረጣል፡፡
