Job Description
Minab IT Solutions PLC, a leading provider of innovative IT solutions in Ethiopia, is seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Addis Ababa. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for our digital products and services. You will work closely with our development and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences that align with our commitment to innovation and excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and iterate on designs
Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements
Stay updated on UX/UI design trends and best practices in the IT solutions industry
Contribute to the company's mission of delivering cutting-edge IT solutions to clients across various sectors
Job Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, related field
3 - 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the IT solutions industry
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Strong portfolio demonstrating your UX/UI design process and outcomes
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Required Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
