An Automation & Process Engineer designs, implements, and optimizes automated systems to improve efficiency and productivity. They work with various technologies like PLCs, HMIs, and robotics to streamline manufacturing, production, or other processes. Their role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automated systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating and designing automated systems and processes, including selecting appropriate hardware and software components.

• Developing PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) code, HMI (Human-Machine Interface) interfaces, and other control system software. 

• Integrating automated systems with existing infrastructure and thoroughly testing the functionality and performance. 

• Identifying and resolving issues with automated systems, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring optimal operation. 

• Analyzing existing processes and identifying areas for improvement through automation, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs. 

• Working with cross-functional teams, including other engineers, technicians, and operators, to ensure seamless integration and operation of automated systems

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Process control Engineering, or in related field of study with relevant work experience 

• Experience: 3 Years relevant work experience in industrial Automation including PLC/SCADA Programing
