Job Description
Hey Trading PLC seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Vendor Relations Specialist to manage our end-to-end supply chain and build strong vendor partnerships, particularly in technology. This role requires exceptional communication, project management, and procurement skills to ensure efficient operations and favorable vendor relationships.
Coordinate supply chain operations from procurement to delivery.
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams (Bid, Management, Marketing).
Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, acting as the primary contact.
Identify, onboard, and manage new vendors, focusing on competitive pricing and quality.
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance.
Manage procurement projects and optimize the supply chain.
Track inventory and manage replenishment.
Prepare and maintain procurement and shipping documentation.
Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning.
Resolve supply chain and vendor issues promptly.
Ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Expereince: 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or vendor management.
Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Experience with supply chain/ERP software is a plus.
Understanding of Ethiopian regulations and international trade.

Preferred Qualifications:
