Job Description
A Pharmacist is a healthcare professional responsible for preparing, dispensing, and advising on medications to ensure safe and effective patient care. They assess prescriptions, provide guidance on proper medication use, and educate patients on potential side effects and interactions. Pharmacists also collaborate with doctors and other healthcare providers to optimize treatment plans and promote overall wellness.
Job position: Pharmacist.
Organization: Saglan Waji General Hospital.

Required amount: Five (5)
Salary: 13,000 Gross in ETB.
Accurately filling prescriptions ordered by physicians and other authorized prescribers.
Verifying prescription information for accuracy and completeness.
Ensuring proper storage and handling of medications.
Providing patients with detailed information about their medications, including dosage, administration, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
Answering patients' questions and addressing their concerns.
Educating patients on medication adherence and proper use of medical devices.
Reviewing patient medication profiles to identify potential drug interactions, allergies, or other problems.
Collaborating with physicians to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
Conducting comprehensive medication reviews.
Monitoring patients for adverse drug reactions and reporting them to the appropriate authorities.
Educational background: BSc in Pharmacy graduated from Government University only with cGPA > 3.00
Experience: 0 years of experience.
Language skills: Fluent in Afaan Oromoo, Amharic and English
