Job Description
clinical nurse provides direct patient care, monitors vital signs, assists with procedures, maintains accurate records, and ensures a clean and safe environment, all under the guidance of more senior staff. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide direct care for minor injuries and illnesses, administer basic first aid, and assist with dressing wounds.
Conduct initial health assessments and monitor the general health of construction workers.
Educate workers on safety practices, healthy lifestyle choices, and the importance of hygiene to prevent accidents and illness.
Administer prescribed medications as directed and maintain accurate records.
Document incidents, coordinate care for workers with injuries, and liaise with external healthcare providers for more complex cases.
Maintain accurate and confidential health records for all workers.
