Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex data sets, developing statistical models, and deriving actionable insights that drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, to identify opportunities, solve problems, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business strategies and optimize operational processes.

• Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems, automate processes, and enhance predictive capabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, data requirements, and success metrics.

• Design and conduct experiments, A/B tests, and statistical analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of models and algorithms.

• Develop data-driven solutions to optimize business performance, improve customer experience, and increase operational efficiencies.

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, data models, and data visualization dashboards.

• Communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and big data technologies, and apply them to solve business challenges.

Job Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and predictive modeling.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, as well as experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).

• Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of data visualization techniques and tools (e.g., Tableau, matplotlib) to effectively communicate complex findings.

• Solid understanding of databases and SQL for data querying and manipulation.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to approach business challenges from a data-driven perspective.

• Can demonstrate an end to end data engineering projects
