Garden Hills Hotel is a Sister Company of Enrich Agroindustry Plc, previously known as Tegen Guest Accommodation Hotel. We are planning to reopen after renovation and with a New Spirit. We would like to hire enthusiastic and passionate candidates with the mentioned qualifications on URGENT basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, catering, and banquet events.

• Collaborate with chefs and bartenders to design innovative menus.

• Maintain high service standards and ensure an exceptional dining experience.

• Prepare and manage budgets for food and beverage operations.

• Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Work with the marketing team to promote special offers, events, and new menu items.

• Work closely with the kitchen, housekeeping, and front office to ensure seamless service.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study

• Experience: 4 - 5 Years of proven Experiance in the hotel industry.
