Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detailed oriented individual to join our team as an order booker/ order taker for our products. in this role you will be responsible for taking and managing customer orders ensuring accurate and timely processing and maintaining effective communication with both customers and internal teams
Salary and commission: 11000 + commission
Job Type: Full time
Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders for our products.
Ensure accuracy in order details, including specifications, quantities, and delivery instructions.
Coordinate with our teams to fulfill orders on time.
Maintain clear and open communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any inquiries.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Keep accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
Achieving Sales target
Accept monthly sales target from ASO agreed by the KAM.
Develop daily sales plan (Make the sales call as per the plan), Record allocated products, promotional items and any stock shortage to be reported to ASO.
Order booking as per the outlet potential and make sure it is delivered
Ensure our products and SKU are available in the given market outlet
Achieves Coverage target
To identify whether there are new shops and note them down
To report to ASO regarding non buying shops.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or BA degree in marketing management or any related fields
Experience
1 - 3 year experience in a similar role
