Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture or design, coupled with 1-2 years of experience in sales. This role involves providing recommendations to customers on finishing materials, furniture, and paint products based on prepared designs while achieving monthly sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their project requirements and provide expert recommendations on finishing materials, furniture, and paint products.

• Design Preparation: Prepare and present design concepts and product recommendations tailored to the customer’s needs and preferences.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products to existing and potential customers.

• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product innovations to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, designers, and other stakeholders in the industry.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers regarding product specifications, applications, and installation methods.

• Reporting: Maintain and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress to management regularly.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry (finishing materials, furniture, or construction).

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of design principles, finishing materials, and furniture products.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving results.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.
