Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Capital and General Service Section Head to lead and oversee all HR and general service functions at our factory in Kality. This role is critical in driving talent management, employee engagement, and operational efficiency while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Lead and manage the Human Capital (HC) and General Service (GS) teams, ensuring effective execution of all HR and administrative functions.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
Handle employee complaints, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Identify training needs, design programs, and ensure workforce skill enhancement.
Monitor and streamline leave policies, attendance tracking, and compliance.
Manage facility operations, security, transportation, and other administrative services.
Support HR and operational aspects of company growth initiatives.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
Motivate and develop team members to achieve high performance and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years of HR and general service experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
