We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Sales Engineer with a strong sales mindset and a background in Architecture or Sanitary Engineering. The ideal candidate will support our Project Sales Department by combining technical expertise with sales skills to acquire new clients, provide technical assistance, and ensure excellent customer follow-up.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, engineers, and key decision-makers.

• Present products/solutions effectively, negotiate deals, and close sales.

• Assist clients with technical queries related to specified products

• Collaborate with the engineering team to prepare project proposals, drawings, and cost estimates.

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure smooth project execution.

• Proactively follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending orders to maximize conversions.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Prepare regular sales reports and updates using CRM tools.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Sanitary Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, technical support, or business development (fresh graduates with strong internship experience will be considered).

• Experience in reatail shops or furniture designing or furniture shops is a plus.

Required Skills:

• Strong sales, negotiation, and client-hunting abilities.

• Technical knowledge of architectural design, sanitary systems, or engineering principles.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and CRM software.

• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
