Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Secretary to join our team at Minaye Packaging. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates with a diploma in secretarial science or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields to begin their professional journey in a dynamic work environment. As a Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations, ensuring efficient office management, and contributing to the smooth functioning of our business.

Assist senior management and team members with administrative tasks and daily operations.
Manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle appointments for the team.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain an organized filing system and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support the marketing and sales teams by coordinating events, preparing materials, and managing logistics.
Assist in preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
0-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and take initiative.
Basic understanding of office management practices and administrative tasks.
