Champion Properties is looking for qualified applicants on Administrative Assistant Position.

Required Number: 1

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct incoming calls, emails, and mail, escalating as necessary.

  • Maintain an organized and tidy office environment.

  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences, including booking rooms and arranging catering.

  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and circulate action items.

  • Manage and organize physical and electronic filing systems.

  • Prepare, edit, and format various documents, including reports, presentations, letters, and spreadsheets.

  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.

  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.

  • Coordinate special projects and events as assigned.

  • Facilitate inter-departmental communication and information flow.

  • Provide support to other departments or team members as needed.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

  • Experience: 1- 3 years
