We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. The Sales and Marketing Officer will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional materials, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and customers. Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

• Identify new business opportunities and target markets

• Create and manage promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and social media content

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and business partners

• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales plans and techniques

• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience.

• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles and preferable in logistics company.
