Duties and Responsibilities: - Design and implement the division’s cost accounting framework, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals. - Lead product costing, margin analysis, and pricing strategies to enhance profitability across all product lines. - Partner with senior leadership to evaluate capital investments, expansion plans, and cost-reduction initiatives. - Oversee annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, working closely with plant managers and department heads. - Develop KPIs and dashboards to track cost performance and present insights to the executive team. - Modernize cost tracking through ERP enhancements (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and automation tools. - Champion lean accounting principles to eliminate waste in production and supply chain processes.
