The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up displays, assisting walk-in clients, coordinating with the sales team, and managing wholesale orders. This role requires a solid background in biomedical engineering, pharmacy, or a related field, and at least one year of experience in sales. A professional demeanor and the ability to handle clients and inquiries with care and clarity are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrange and maintain organized, appealing displays of medical equipment in the shop.

• Welcome and assist clients visiting the shop with purchases, inquiries, or technical questions about products.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new markets and opportunities for wholesale expansion.

• Bring in and process wholesale sales orders efficiently and accurately.

• Provide product information and professional advice to customers based on technical knowledge.

• Handle client interactions calmly, professionally, and with a strong service orientation.

• Monitor stock levels in the shop and report shortages to the responsible department in a timely manner.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, features, and pricing.

• Ensure the shop environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Keep records of sales transactions, inquiries, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy or in a related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably in medical equipment or healthcare-related products.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Technical understanding of medical devices and the ability to explain them to clients clearly.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with sales or inventory systems is a plus.
