Job Description
Leads the design, analysis, and supervision of structural components in road infrastructure projects. This role ensures technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and constructability of bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and other structural elements within road networks.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the structural design of roadways, bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and related infrastructure.
Oversee geotechnical investigations and integrate findings into design solutions.
Conduct structural analysis using software like SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or MIDAS Civil.
Review and approve detailed engineering drawings and BOQs.
Ensure compliance with national and international design standards (e.g., AASHTO, Eurocodes).
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical, hydrology, and traffic engineers.
Provide technical guidance during construction and resolve site-related structural issues.
Prepare and present technical reports, risk assessments, and value engineering proposals.
