We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

•  Develop and oversee financial plans and strategies to meet company objectives.

• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Accounting Management:

• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Supervise the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and audit reports.

Cash Flow Management:

• Manage the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.

Cost Control:

• Analyze operational costs and recommend measures to optimize expenditure.

• Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance or in a related field with relevant work experience.

• Experience: 5 years of experience
