Job Description
ስትራክቸራል ፎርማን (የመንገድ ግንባታ) በመንገድ እና ሀይዌይ ፕሮጀክቶች ላይ መዋቅራዊ ግንባታ ስራዎችን የመቆጣጠር እና የማስተባበር ሃላፊነት አለበት. ይህ የጣቢያ ሰራተኞችን ማስተዳደር፣ የጥራት ደረጃዎችን ማረጋገጥ፣ የደህንነትን ተገዢነት መጠበቅ እና የፕሮጀክት ቀነ-ገደቦችን ማሟላትን ይጨምራል።

ስራው በተፈቀዱ ስዕሎች እና የፕሮጀክት የጊዜ ሰሌዳዎች መሰረት መከናወኑን ማረጋገጥ
ሀብቶችን (ጉልበት፣ ቁሳቁስ እና መሳሪያ) በብቃት ማደራጀት እና መመደብ
የስራ መስፈርቶች
የትምህርት ደረጃ፡ ቴክኒክና ሙያ ደረጃ 3 በተዛማጅ የትምህርት መስክ የተመረቀ/ች
የስራ ልምድ፡ ከታወቀ የመንግስት/የግል መስሪያ ቤት 8 አመትና ከዛ በላይ የስራ ልምድ ያለዉ (በፎርማንነት ከ 6 አመት ያላነሰ)
