Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and monitoring of strategic and operational plans

• Collect, analyze, and interpret economic, financial, and performance data

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on departmental and organizational performance

• Support budget planning and resource allocation processes

• Contribute to the preparation of annual and quarterly plans in line with organizational goals

• Ensure alignment of departmental activities with national development plans and sector strategies

• Prepare performance evaluation reports based on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Job Requirements:

• Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Economics or in a related field of study

• Experience: 0 year for Master's and 2 years for Bachelor's
