Job Description
Handle incoming or outgoing customer calls for a business. They call existing and prospective customers to promote goods and services. They also obtain sales and arrange sales visits.
Answer calls and respond to emails
Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Update Customer base with new customer information
Update existing customer information
Update all calls received on Navision. Does this sound better?
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Complete call logs
Produce call reports
Collect and preserve the job cards and signoff documentations for future reference
Speaking , Listening , Reading and Writing well English.
MS office (Word, Excel, Power point).
3rd Degree and above in Electrical Engineering field of study.
0-2 years of experience in similar role.
