Job Description

Chanoly Noodles is currently seeking candidates for the Human Resources Manager role. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Required Number: 1

Duties and Responsibilities

  •    Manage the overall Human Resources functions of the organization.

  •    Facilitate key HR activities, including staffing, staff contract management, personnel file maintenance, leave administration, and performance evaluations.

  •    Ensure the HR information system is accurate, up to date, and well-maintained.

  •    Plan and coordinate staff capacity building and career development initiatives.

  •    Collaborate with Operations Management and support the handling of administrative matters.

  •    Prepare and maintain personnel databases, including a roster of potential candidates for key positions.

  •    Develop and update staff profiles and performance records, including through digital platforms

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Masters/BA/BSC Degree in Public Administration, Human resources, Management and related

  • Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in Factory mainly on HR and Administration

Competencies

  •  Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  •  Proficiency in maintaining the HRIS system with strong attention to data integrity.

  •   Ability to implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Ethiopian labour laws.

  •   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Amharic and English.

  •   Ability to educate employees and enforce company policies effectively.

  •   Self-motivated, honest, punctual, and highly responsible.

  •     Strong teamwork and the ability to work independently when required.

  •    Maintain the company calendar and coordinate HR-led engagement activities.

  •    Constructively address gaps and areas of improvement in HR systems and staff performance.

  •    Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.

  •     Strong people management and leadership skills.

  •   Oversee the full hiring process, including recruitment, interviews, reference checks, and talent pipeline management.

  •    Demonstrated strategic vision, planning, and leadership capabilities.
