Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. You should be able to provide strategic insights, ensure financial compliance and optimize financial performance across the organization. Leadership skills, the ability to collaborate with different departments, and expertise in financial software are essential. A proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and a track record of driving business growth through financial decision-making are key to succeeding in this role.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage the company's financial plans, including budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee daily cash management and ensure optimal liquidity to meet the company's operational needs.
Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, providing recommendations for mitigating risks and improving financial stability.
Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure that financial policies and procedures are followed and that the company complies with relevant laws and regulations.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support in day-to-day financial operations.
Cost Control & Profitability: Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements to increase profitability.
Strategic Insights: Provide actionable financial insights to management to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Financial Systems Management: Ensure the effective use of financial software and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Development Economics, or in a related field of study
Expereince: 1 - 2 years of working experience
